In Shamrock, Texas... Crime PAYS!!! Big time!!!

Positive Proof (unless you are a drug influenced texas district attorney or someone looking to "cover" for a drug influenced texas district attorney) that nothing was ever stolen from David Rushing.

This document consists of copies of Mr. Hammond's original documents in which he legally assumed control of the radio station, a copy of the original criminal indictment as well as copies of each and every check Mr. Hammond was accused of stealing from "David Rushing". Please note that the original agreement between Mr. Hammond and Mr. Turvaville was signed, witnessed and notarized on February 2, 2002. The date the contract went into effect was listed as March 10, 2002. (This was due to the Jersey Boy's original agreement to remain in Shamrock until March. However, at the last minute and after this agreement was drawn and signed, the Jersey Boys left very much earlier, thereby forcing Mr. Hammond to assume operation of the station several weeks earlier than originally planned.) However, you will also note that, of all of the checks Mr. Hammond was accused of stealing, each and every one was dated, deposited and/or cashed more than a month after March 10th, 2002. That date (March 10, 2002) is the latest possible date on which Mr. Hammond can be considered to have assumed any and all rights to the receivables of the radio station. As mandated under federal law, at no time, after March 10, 2002, has any person other than Terry Keith Hammond had any legal rights to any income generated by and/or through the radio station (under any name) in Shamrock, Texas. Just as a laugh, you may also want to note that the original indictment of Mr. Hammond - that was later amended (in violation of both state and federal law) by Lynn Switzer (the assistant district attorney) and with the blessings of Judge John Forbis - indicated that Mr. Hammond had stolen "United States Currency" from "David Rushing, the owner thereof". Another side note is that the original indictment proudly bears the signature of the "drug-dealing DA" himself, Richard James Roach, who is now serving both state and federal prison sentences due to his confessed involvement with illegal drugs, firearms and child pornography.

Red: Refers to dates, names and any other reference to materials demonstrating conclusively that any and all checks and/or funds cashed and/or deposited by Mr. and/or Mrs. Hammond were cashed and/or deposited a month (or more) after Mr. Hammond had every legal right to handle income generated by Mr. Hammond's business (the radio station).
